Sam Darlington is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in store management and operations. Currently serving as the Store Manager at Gepps Cross for Stratco Australia since June 2014, Sam previously managed a retail store in Gawler and successfully led the transition to a new store format. Prior to Stratco, Sam held multiple managerial roles at Bunnings from April 1998 to January 2014, including Complex Manager and Operations Manager, and also gained valuable experience at Peregrine Corporation and Cornerstone Hardware. Sam started a career in the industry as a Laborer at Old Port Roofing. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Business Management and a Diploma in Frontline Business Management from RMIT Universities.
