Rick Hardy

Rick Hardy has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. Rick started their career as a Director of Human Resources at AIR, where they successfully staffed a new division. Rick then worked at TS Central as the Director of Human Resources and was responsible for all HR and facilities management. Rick also acted as the Human Resource/General Manager for a subsidiary of Candela Corp. Rick later joined Pedestal Software as an HR consultant and then worked at CellExchange Inc. as the Manager of Human Resources, where they implemented HR systems to support organizational transformation. Rick served as the Director of Human Resources at Enterprise Mobile, where they were responsible for addressing challenges related to mobile devices in the enterprise. Rick then worked as the Human Resources Director at Beacon Equity Partners before joining Kingcom LLC as Director of Human Resources and Operations. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Human Resources at Strategic Communications, Inc.

Rick Hardy has obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
