STRATEG Consulting is a consulting company, specialised in the Airport sector, with more than 10 years of experience. Its portfolio includes participation in projects at European level (e.g. UK, France, Spain), as well as in other continents, namely South America (Brazil & Chile) and Africa (Angola, Mozambique & Cape Verde), coupled with some recent projects in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong), although without a local presence.

Besides providing transaction advisory services, both for sell- side and buy-side, ranging from red-flag reviews to detailed commercial due diligences and business planning, STRATEG Consulting also has a strong experience in supporting airport operators in optimising their non-aviation businesses.
Additionally, STRATEG also works with travel retailers to help them improve their competitive position, either with a clearer understanding of the market and the consumers or with the development of new retail concepts and business models.

STRATEG Consulting offers a business platform that enables its clients to access a vast network of associates with highly specialised skill sets, with proven experience not only in consulting, but also in executive functions at relevant companies. With this, it ensures the necessary flexibility and enables to cover a broad gambit of functions.
