We break decision gridlock when decisions can't wait. Particularly in AI initiatives, transitions, reorganizations, and strategic pivots, where leadership alignment (and not technology) is the constraint between strategy and execution.

Strategic Lead, Inc. works with organizations navigating complex transformations where misalignment at the top slows everything else down.

When executive teams are publicly aligned but privately divided, the result is frustration, costly delay, and missed market opportunities.

Founded by Amelia Martinez Holt, MCC, Ex-Fortune 50 Senior Counsel ($200B+ transactions) and ICF Master Certified Coach (top 4%). Strategic Lead integrates boardroom rigor with elite facilitation to move leadership teams from debate to decision under pressure.
