Strategic Platform Partners is an executive operating partner for industrial companies, manufacturers, infrastructure organizations, engineering firms, investors, and business owners — helping them build, operate, transform, and grow.
I founded this company on a simple belief: the world's strongest companies are built at the intersection of exceptional people, disciplined execution, innovative technology, and trusted partnerships.
We work alongside ownership and executive leadership across four core areas:

Building — capital projects, data center advisory, strategic partnerships, and M&A support
Operating — fractional COO services, operations and manufacturing excellence, and engineering leadership
Transforming — using AI and digital tools as executive operating instruments, not just software
Growing — answering the hard questions ownership faces before committing capital or entering a new market

With more than 20 years leading engineering, manufacturing, automation, and capital projects — spanning refining, petrochemical, manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure, and industrial technology — I bring a practical operator's perspective to every engagement, focused on building high-performing teams and creating long-term enterprise value.
