Strategic Resourcing started with a simple mission: to make hiring in the construction industry easier!

Hiring top talent is a challenge in any industry, but you’re probably wondering why you should trust us to be your go to choice for construction recruitment?

That’s where our founders, Deborah and Robbie, come in. With over a decade of combined experience in recruitment AND construction, they noticed something crucial...traditional recruitment methods just don’t work for this sector, and it was time for a change.

So, they joined forces, combining their expertise to create an all-in-one software solution tailored to connecting you with the best talent in the built environment sector – without the headaches.

Here’s what we have to offer:

Recruit: Recruit works as an intermediary between you, your candidates and a selection of six specialist recruiters in each region of the UK, that source permanent and contract staff from the built environment sector. You can directly engage with quality candidates, schedule and conduct video interviews, and chat with recruiters all in one place.

•	Only receive the best candidates
•	Save time by streamlining your hiring process
•	Unlimited vacancy uploads
•	Free to post a vacancy

Manage: Coming soon!
