Dennis Albert

Dennis Albert has over seven years of experience in the IT and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Service Desk Supervisor at Strategic Solutions, Inc. since November 2016, Dennis also has prior experience as a Tier 1 Help Desk employee. Before transitioning to IT, Dennis worked with Local 265 Sheet Metal Workers from April 2007 to September 2014, where responsibilities included analyzing blueprints and ensuring the precise manufacturing of components, along with operating and calibrating equipment. Dennis holds a degree in Network Systems Administration, Cisco from DeVry University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
