Ryan Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan began their career as a Sales Associate at Globalcom in 1999 before joining Strategic Solutions, Inc. in 2000. At Strategic Solutions, Inc., they held various roles, including Manager, Depot Services, and Tier 2 Support Lead. In 2005, they became the Manager of the Service Desk and later transitioned to the role of Problem Manager. From 2014 to 2018, Ryan served as the Director of Support Operations before being promoted to Vice President Operations in 2018. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and goal-setting to drive growth and improve the organization's performance.
Ryan Murphy attended Cary-Grove High School from 1990 to 1994. Ryan then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the University of Iowa from 1994 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan obtained an ITIL Service Operation Certificate from EXIN your ICT competence partner in July 2010 and also has an ITIL Foundations v3 certification from Global Knowledge Training.
