Strategos AI is a Business Architecture firm. We help SME owners and entrepreneurs break revenue ceilings by deploying AI Employees instead of adding headcount.
Most AI agencies sell automation. We sell business architecture, then automate it. Strategy first. Agents second. That's why ours work.
The method: ATM (AI Takeover Method). Nine steps across three levels: RECON, ARCHITECT, DEPLOY. We map the business, design the AI workforce, ship it.
Our AI Employees:

Sofia. Leads and Reception. Speed-to-lead, qualification, booking.
Marco. Operations and Quoting. Quotes, email triage, backend ops.
Lidia. Back Office and Coordination. Project tracking, vendor comms.
Vera. Finance and Invoicing. WhatsApp invoice processing (Faktio).
Custom agents for any repetitive, rule-based function.

Who we work with:

SME owners with 5 to 50-person teams, stuck on the same revenue number for 12+ months
Entrepreneurs who are the bottleneck of their own company
Real estate pros who need speed-to-lead
Businesses drowning in repetitive, rule-based ops
