Strategy Directives was established in January 2016 as an EdTech company providing technologies and solutions for professional development focusing on the automation in HR technology systems, predictive analysis and big data. We embrace digital transformation and look at ways where HR professionals can use Artificial Intelligence or machine learning to automate talent acquisition.  

With regional offices in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait and we work on providing HR solutions to the public and private sector along with social development projects. 

SD is stepping away from the traditional assessment technologies and has developed one of the few Arabic online psychometric assessments in the region based on behavioral attributes and soft skills required in the workplace today with the use of Artificial Intelligence, data analytics,  and gamification. 

SD has worked with reputable organizations to develop a ground-breaking solution for the GCC and Arab countries and will work on initiatives that develop growth in the region to reach the heights of self sustainability.
