Eryn Kadiam manages the global teams that are responsible for the implementation of all training solutions, from large scale classroom deliveries to individual online subscriptions. She has been with Strategy Execution for more than 15 years in many roles across Operations as well as Customer Engagement.

Eryn has been instrumental in leading a lot of process and customer experience improvements across the business from streamlining global operations, automating service delivery, and introducing a customer impact measurement strategy.
