Gini Van Siclen is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and project management, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty for the Environmental Leadership Graduate Program at Naropa University since January 2013, where Gini teaches an online course on Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship. Gini is self-employed and has provided independent project management and capacity-building services for nonprofit organizations since 1998. Additionally, Gini is a Project Management Trainer at ESI-International and serves on the advisory board of the Mahwah Environmental Volunteers Organization, contributing expertise in nonprofit management and strategic issues for initiatives promoting environmental sustainability. Previous experience includes project management roles at SCIENTECH and Idaho National Laboratory from 1984 to 1994. Gini holds a Masters in Nonprofit Administration from The University of Notre Dame, a Master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor's degree in French from Duke University.
