Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher has a diverse work experience in the training and development industry. Michael served as the Director of Business Development at ESI International, where they focused on improving project management, business analysis, and contract management through innovative training methods. Prior to this, they were the VP of Sponsorship at the Calgary IIBA® Chapter, where they connected with organizations interested in supporting the Business Analysis community. As the Executive Director at the Learning and Performance Institute, they developed centers of excellence around various processes and leadership programs. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at Nexient Learning, where they analyzed business needs and implemented learning programs in areas such as leadership development, project management, business analysis, and IT technical skills.

Michael Fisher completed their BA (Honors) in Comparative Literature from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Michael later pursued a Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University in 2010.
