Tyler Lafferty

Tyler Lafferty is an experienced entrepreneur and author dedicated to empowering young people through various initiatives. As the founder of Slingshot, Tyler implements principles from the book "Be More Like You" to guide youth in discovering their unique skills and fostering meaningful industry connections. With a robust background in marketing, Tyler serves as Principal at Strategy Labs and 14Four, agencies focused on performance marketing and digital solutions. Additionally, Tyler co-founded several businesses, including a yoga studio and a juice cafe, alongside Nick Murto, and established Access2Experience to bridge the gap between education and employment. A graduate of the University of Washington, Tyler holds a BA in Political Science.
