Olu Burrell

Olu Burrell, MSOD, PCC, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Olu Burrell Consulting since January 2015, bringing extensive experience in leadership development and coaching across various roles. Currently, Olu is an Institute Faculty member and Executive Coach at The Executive Leadership Council, and a Consultant Partner at Kindred Organizational Consulting, Inc. Additionally, Olu provides executive coaching for the Key Executive Leadership Programs, Olin Business School at Washington University, and serves as an Organizational Health Consultant with ADR Vantage, Inc. Leadership coaching experience includes tenure with the Government of the District of Columbia and Careerstone Group, LLC. Academically, Olu holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from American University, a Graduate Certificate in Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and is pursuing a PhD in Human Development.
