Steven K.

Steven K. currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of HR for the Americas at Sodali & Co, since March 2025, providing strategic advice and shareholder services. In addition, Steven is a Senior Consultant at Strategy Muse, focusing on HR, organizational development, and culture cultivation. Prior to these roles, Steven held the position of Vice President of HR and Organizational Development at the New York Power Authority from 2015 to July 2023, where innovative talent programs were designed, contributing to NYPA's recognition by Forbes as one of America's Best Mid-Size Employers. Steven also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from 2004 to 2015, managing comprehensive HR initiatives for over 400 staff members. Earlier in Steven's career, a role as an Environmental Scientist at Louis Berger was completed. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and ongoing professional coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute since April 2023.
