Strategy Works is committed to making strategy work. We believe managers cannot afford to completely ‘outsource’ strategy making to outside consultants, but must take charge themselves. Yet, external support and input is an essential ingredient to success. We thus closely cooperate with our clients, assisting them in developing their own strategic thinking, and supporting them in taking decisive actions. Through participative processes, Strategy Works helps challenge assumptions, bring in novel points of view, generate ideas, test the feasibility of proposals and facilitate decision-making. Making strategy work requires a continuous process of developing strategy, strategists and the organization and Strategy Works helps set the cycle in motion.
 
In addition to the consulting and coaching services of Strategy Works, we also offer improving companies’ competences in the areas of strategy, leadership and business innovation through the research and training company Strategy Academy. Both Strategy Works (www.strategy-works.com) and Strategy Academy (www.strategy-academy.org) are based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, but operate internationally.
