Alex Bernst

Alex is a Senior Consultant with StrategyCorp’s Public Affairs and Management Consulting practices based in Ottawa.

With the Public Affairs team, Alex works with clients across a variety of sectors, including mining, energy, cleantech, manufacturing, biotechnology, and non-profit. Alex leads the development and execution of successful government relations strategies for clients, solves real-time client issues and advocates for clients directly to officials at all levels of government.

With the Management Consulting team, Alex works primarily with public sector clients, including municipalities, national sport organizations and government organizations, providing service delivery assessments, business planning and strategic advisory services.

Prior to joining StrategyCorp, Alex was an Athlete on the Canadian National Rowing Team. Alex holds an honours bachelor’s degree in commerce from Queen’s University and is an unrepentant Ottawa Senators fan.
