Josh Leibowitz

Josh Leibowitz is the founder and CEO of Oceanview Strategy, a boutique advisory firm specializing in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry. Prior to this role, they were a member of the management team at Carnival Corporation, leading Seabourn Cruise Line and serving as chief strategy officer. Josh held the position of Managing Partner at McKinsey's Miami office, where they significantly expanded operations, and they previously served as the Engagement Manager at McKinsey, focusing on e-commerce and profit growth. They have an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating as a Baker Scholar, and a BA in economics from the University of Chicago. Currently, Josh serves as a board member for Hornblower Group, contributing to the strategic direction of the travel and hospitality services provider.
