Andrew R. is the Founder of StrategyLab, Inc. since August 1997, focusing on driving growth and organizational transformation for companies and leaders, including founders, boards of directors, CEOs, and C-suite executives. Additionally, Andrew R. has served as a Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University since September 2000, teaching courses in growth strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation. Andrew R. holds an MBA with a dual specialization in Finance and Leading Family Businesses from Loyola University Chicago, and a B.A. in International Studies and Business Management from Bradley University, with further education at Richmond American University London.
