Rick Norman

Rick Norman has extensive experience in consulting and innovation management, currently serving as a Director, Senior Consultant, and ODI Practitioner at Strategyn since January 2006. In this role, Rick Norman assists companies in market selection, customer needs assessment, opportunity identification, and growth strategy formulation. Previously, Rick Norman was the Owner of Norman & Associates, focusing on continuous quality improvement methods and organizational efficiency. As Principal at Barnard-Norman Associates, Rick Norman integrated customer-driven decision-making into product strategy development. Early career roles include Manager of QFD Implementation at Leemak Training Systems and Product Manager at International TechneGroup, as well as design management and engineering positions at Ethicon Endo-Surgery and General Electric Aircraft Engines, respectively. Rick Norman holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
