Sandra Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Advisor at Strategyn since September 2022, Sandra also founded and leads The Innovation Partners, an organization dedicated to employing advanced innovation techniques to foster growth and market opportunities. Previous roles include Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer for the US Marine Corps, where Sandra managed a $1 billion annual business and drove the Store of the Future initiative, and Vice President of Strategic Growth at AIM Institute, focusing on organic growth for B2B companies.
