Michael Baik

Michael Baik is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Project Integration Lead and Health and Safety Advisor at Strathcona Resources Ltd. since June 2021. With a background that includes roles such as Supervisor of Project Integration and Projects Integration Advisor within the same company, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in project management and safety protocols. Prior to this, Michael spent over a decade at Osum Oil Sands Corp as Chief Steam Engineer and Operation Training Supervisor, and held the position of Steam Chief/Assistant Foreman at CNRL for a year. Michael began a career in electrical work as a Journeyman Electrician at Titan Electric, where responsibilities included electrical installation and supervising apprentices.
