Stan Bergen

Stan Bergen is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Foreman at Strathcona Resources Ltd. since August 2022, Stan previously held key positions at Serafina Energy Ltd. as Facility Manager, and at Harvest Operations Corp. as Director of Operations. With extensive expertise in thermal operations, team leadership, and project management, Stan has contributed to various organizations including Athabasca Oil Corporation and Petro Andina Resources, where significant operational projects were realized. Stan’s educational foundation includes a degree in Power Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
