Tracy Norris

Tracy Norris serves as the Team Lead for Payroll and Benefit Services at Strathcona Resources Ltd. since February 2020, with prior roles as an Integration Advisor in HR and a Human Resources Consultant. Between July 2018 and February 2020, Tracy held the position of Manager of Corporate Services at Pengrowth Energy Corporation. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Services at Connacher Oil and Gas Limited from July 2006 to March 2017, managing all aspects of Corporate Services including Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits. Prior to that, Tracy was the Manager of Human Resources for Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, overseeing HR functions for multiple resort locations from June 2003 to July 2008, and served as General Manager for Images Unlimited from September 1995 to June 2003. Tracy Norris holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary.
