Pradeep K. is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full stack development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Stratiform Digital since August 2025, Pradeep previously held positions such as Senior Software Engineer at Narrable, where contributions included enhancing healthcare documentation through innovative software solutions, and at Spark Labs, where integration of ATS job retrieval was developed. As a Founding Engineer at Care Advisors, Pradeep led the architecture of a scalable API and developed patient referral software, while as CTO and Co-founder of featureform, Pradeep designed a web application to support pharmaceutical manufacturers. Experience also includes roles at G2i Inc. and Improving Enterprises. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Ohio State University.
