Simão Sá

Simão Sá is a Senior Data Scientist at Stratio and a PhD student at the University of Porto, specializing in advanced data science techniques and research. Simão previously held data science roles at Cegid Primavera, Banco Credibom SA, Avlino, and Critical TechWorks, focusing on various applications such as predictive modeling and data engineering. Prior to these positions, Simão co-founded MatFinder and served as a research scholar at INESC Technology and Science, investigating optical trapping. Simão also has experience as a scientific researcher in the field of nanostructures at IFIMUP-IN and demonstrated leadership as President of PhysikUP, an association for physics students. Simão holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Porto.
