With a strong background in managing business process automation and network infrastructure, Rick has successfully collaborated with organizations to enhance ROI, reduce operating costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Previously, Rick held various leadership roles at companies including MMI Consulting, Altek Business Systems, and Ricoh Business Systems, where they focused on developing strategic IT solutions and managing operational efficiencies. Rick earned a degree from Ursinus College between 1989 and 1992.
