Strato helps organisations using SAP SuccessFactors simplify, govern, and scale HR document processes across the employee lifecycle.

Strato provides a cloud-based platform for HR document generation, workflow, input forms, digital employee file, and document management. The platform supports processes from onboarding through to offboarding, helping HR teams create, manage, store, and retrieve employee documents in a more structured and controlled way.

Strato was developed from SpinifexIT’s experience delivering document solutions across the SAP ecosystem. As organisations transitioned to SAP SuccessFactors, Strato was created as a purpose-built cloud solution to support secure, compliant, and scalable HR document processes.

With Strato, organisations can reduce manual document handling, improve document consistency, support compliance processes, and centralise employee records in a secure digital employee file. Configurable templates, conditional logic, workflow, role-based access, retention controls, audit logs, and legal hold capabilities help HR teams manage sensitive employee documents with greater control.

Strato and SpinifexIT are part of the same group, providing complementary solutions for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP Payroll teams globally.

Key capabilities include document generation, digital employee file, HR document management, workflow, input forms, employee document automation, retention and archival controls, role-based access, audit support, SAP SuccessFactors document processes, and HR compliance support.
