Since April 2022, Britta Schmidt has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of STRATO AG and its subsidiary Cronon GmbH. In 2021 she was already appointed CFO of IONOS, where, in addition to being responsible for the financial department, she also led the HR area. HH.

She has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and investor relations sectors. She holds a degree in Economics and Industrial Business Administration, and began her career in the financial sector in 2007 at Siemens Enterprise Communications (now Atos). Since 2010, she has held numerous positions in scout24's finance department, where, among other things, she was responsible for the company's IPO in 2015 and led numerous transformation projects. Between 2020 and 2021 she was CfO of AutoScout24 and assumed the spin-off of the company from the Scout24 Group, as well as the creation of an independent brand or organization.
