Mike Jaster

Mike Jaster has a diverse background in engineering roles, starting as an Engineering Data Specialist at Micron Technology in 2001. Mike then worked as an Electronics Engineer at NAVAIR from 2002 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to Scaled Composites as a Design Engineer until 2019. From 2019, Mike worked at Stratolaunch as a Principal Avionics Engineer before becoming the Owner and Avionics Consultant at Lava Tech LLC in 2021. Additionally, Mike served as a Platoon Sergeant in the US Army Reserves from 1999 to 2007.

Mike Jaster earned an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 1999. Mike then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2002. Later, they pursued a dual Master's degree in Business Administration and Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, graduating in 2009.
