Michael G. O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael G. began their career at Dreyfus BNY Mellon Funds Inc as a Registered Financial Services Representative in 1995. Michael G. then moved on to American International Group in 1997, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 1999. In 1999, they joined AXA Advisors | Private Wealth Group as an Assistant Vice President and stayed there until 2006. Michael G. then worked at MetLife as an Assistant Vice President for their Premier Client Group from 2006 to 2016. From 2016 onwards, they held various positions at Stratos, including Managing Director and currently serves as the Managing Partner & Director of National Sales.
Michael G. O'Brien has attended Fordham University and Chaminade High School. Michael G. also obtained certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) from The American College of Financial Services. Additionally, they hold certifications as an Investment Advisor Representative from Stratos Wealth Partners and in SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
