Leon Terry is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading user experience design across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead UX Architect at Stratosphere Consulting, Leon spearheads the IRS modernization effort. Previously at HTC Global Services, Leon led UX, accessibility, and service design for clients like Penske and the University of Maryland. With a background that includes senior roles at Semasio, Cole Engineering Services, and Veritas Technologies, Leon has driven significant design initiatives, including the launch of retail media networks and user-centric applications. Leon's educational foundation includes studies at Yale School of Management and the Academy of Design and Technology, complemented by a unique experience at Space Camp - Kennedy Space Center.
