Daniel Paddon

Daniel Paddon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco PLC, where they gained experience in different departments and was involved in promotional activities. Daniel then worked as a Business Start-Up Intern at Jaspers Catering Company, supporting the franchise in its successful launch and focusing on business finance. In 2013, Daniel took a sandwich year from their university studies to work with the Welsh Government's Innovation Department, where they engaged with businesses and developed skills in marketing and communications. Daniel also had a summer placement as a Business Growth/Marketing Intern at Jasper's Corporate Catering Services, where they achieved all targets ahead of deadlines and focused on customer engagement and lead generation. Daniel's experience in supporting young entrepreneurs includes roles such as a Business Adviser and Volunteer at Young Enterprise UK and a Leader for YENA Aberystwyth at the Young Entrepreneurs Networking Association. Daniel also served as a Branding Manager at Teach First, a charity and movement that addresses educational inequality. Daniel's most recent experience includes working at Stafford Land Rover as a New and Used Car Sales Executive, where they completed a graduate placement and achieved an IMI certified qualification, and as the Head of Sales at Stratstone JLR Nottingham. Daniel is currently the Head of Business - JLR Nottingham at Stratstone.

Daniel Paddon completed their primary and secondary education at Garibaldi College from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained their A-levels in Business Management. Following this, they attended Aberystwyth University from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies (BScEcon) degree, specializing in Business Finance. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained IMI Accreditation from the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).
