Daniel Paddon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco PLC, where they gained experience in different departments and was involved in promotional activities. Daniel then worked as a Business Start-Up Intern at Jaspers Catering Company, supporting the franchise in its successful launch and focusing on business finance. In 2013, Daniel took a sandwich year from their university studies to work with the Welsh Government's Innovation Department, where they engaged with businesses and developed skills in marketing and communications. Daniel also had a summer placement as a Business Growth/Marketing Intern at Jasper's Corporate Catering Services, where they achieved all targets ahead of deadlines and focused on customer engagement and lead generation. Daniel Paddon completed their primary and secondary education at Garibaldi College from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained their A-levels in Business Management. Following this, they attended Aberystwyth University from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies (BScEcon) degree, specializing in Business Finance.
