Dian Fellows

Dian Fellows has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources, starting as a Human Resource Manager at Micro Technology in 1981. Dian then worked at Brady Corporation for over a decade, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee relations. After the spin-off to XYMOX Technologies, they managed the cultural shift and set up the HR Department. Currently, Dian is the Human Resources Manager at Strattec Security Corporation, overseeing recruitment, development, compensation plans, performance management, and global HR support.

Dian Fellows attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a BBA in Business with a minor in French. Dian then pursued further education at Lubar College of Business from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Business Administration.
