Jorge Olmos has a diverse background in supply chain management, with experience in various roles at companies in the automotive and healthcare industries. Jorge has held positions such as Director of Materials, Planning, & Logistics, Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and President of APICS El Paso, demonstrating their leadership and organizational skills. Olmos's work experience spans from Production Control Manager at Ford Motor Co. to Supply Chain Manager at FCI Automotive and Accellent Inc., showcasing their ability to adapt and excel in different organizational environments.

Jorge Olmos completed a Bachelor's degree in Mercadotecnia and Relaciones Comerciales from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua in 1987. Jorge then pursued an MBA at the University of Texas at El Paso from 1988 to 1990. In 1995, they completed a Certificate Program in Dale Carnegie - Leadership Development at the Dale Carnegie Institute. In 2000, they earned the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS. Jorge furthered their education by obtaining the Certified Production & Inventory Manager certification in 2000. In 2015, they achieved the Master CPIM certification from APICS. Jorge also obtained Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) certification from APICS in 2016. Throughout the years, Jorge Olmos has gained various instructor certifications in the field of supply chain and operations management from APICS Society.
