Having worked in over 30 countries, Leonard has demonstrated expertise in driving strategic growth and operational excellence while fostering collaborative teamwork. Currently, Leonard is pursuing a Master of Science in International Management at Walsh College and continues to build on their extensive mechanical engineering background from the University of Michigan.
