Gretchen Gavin

Gretchen Gavin is an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting senior executives across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and COO at Stratus since November 2023, Gretchen previously held multiple senior administrative roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, assisting both the EVP of Vertical Brands and the SVP of Product Development. Prior experience includes positions at Highmark Health and Highmark Inc., where Gretchen supported various Vice Presidents in strategic integration and market transformation initiatives.
