Anne Hébert is an experienced physicist with a strong background in research and teaching. As an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UCSB Department of Physics from May 2012 to June 2014, Anne contributed to the development of optical systems for laser control and diagnostics. Following this, a Graduate Student Researcher role at Harvard University from August 2014 to May 2021 included working in the Greiner lab on single-atom microscopy apparatus for quantum gases and serving as a Graduate Teaching Fellow, where Anne earned a student evaluation score of 4.7/5 and received both a Certificate of Distinction in Teaching and the White Prize for Excellence in Teaching. After completing a postdoctoral position at The Johns Hopkins University from August 2021 to September 2024, Anne currently works as a Data Scientist at Stratus Data, starting in November 2024.
