Stan Pepper

Stan Pepper has been working in the business world for over 40 years. Stan began their career in 1976 as the CEO of Pepper Construction Company. In 1999, they became a Director at The Peoples Bank of Arlington Heights. In 2004, they founded Pepper Research & Consulting and served as its CEO. In 2006, they became an Operating Executive at Lake Capital. In 2008, they joined Aldridge Electric as an Advisory Board Member and McShane Construction Corporation as a Director. In 2011, they became the CEO of StratusVue, a collaboration and communication platform for the Construction Industry. Since 2015, they have been the Chairman and CEO of The Pepper Companies.

Stan Pepper obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Monmouth College between 1972 and 1976.
