Chen Teel is a seasoned data professional with a robust background in data science and machine learning across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data at Strava since January 2025, Chen previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer AI at Petco, where responsibilities included driving AI adoption to enhance customer experiences and overseeing multiple initiatives leveraging machine learning. At Electronic Arts, Chen progressed from Lead Data Scientist to Senior Manager of Data Science, focusing on player engagement and developing innovative recommendation systems. Prior experience includes a tenure at DuPont, managing teams to implement cost-saving projects and employing advanced statistical methods.
