Louisa Wee is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Strava since July 2025, Louisa previously held a similar position at Asurion from December 2021 to January 2025 and at FabFitFun from January 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing omnichannel marketing strategies and customer experience. Prior to these roles, Louisa was the VP of Marketing Strategy & Analysis and Programmatic Media Buying at Netflix from June 2015 to December 2019, focusing on global marketing strategy and media buying. Louisa began her career as SVP of Business Operations at Pluto.TV, which was acquired by Viacom. Louisa holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
