Nicole Wang has extensive experience in product analytics, data science, and business analysis across various prominent companies. Currently at Strava since September 2022, Nicole focuses on growth initiatives related to retention and experimentation to enhance athlete engagement. Prior to Strava, Nicole worked at Kohl's as a Data Scientist, specializing in machine learning for personalized marketing. Nicole's background also includes a role as a Business Analyst at Google, where strategies for publisher monetization were developed, and experience at Deloitte Consulting in strategy and operations. Earlier roles include Chief of Staff at Sentio, where operations were managed for a hardware eCommerce platform, summer analyst positions at Goldman Sachs, and serving as President of the Smeal Student Council at Penn State University. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, both from Penn State University.
