Sam Luu

Sam Luu is currently a Sr Detection and Response Engineer at Strava, with a strong background in cybersecurity and incident response. Previously, they served as an Incident Response Consultant at Mandiant, where they specialized in investigating security breaches and enhancing network architecture for clients. Before that, Sam worked as a Managed Detection and Response Consultant with FireEye, where they led cybersecurity incident responses and advised C-level executives. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on Security Studies from San Francisco State University, alongside an Associate of Arts in Global Studies and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) credential.
