Edward Baker

Edward Baker is an accomplished Customer Success and Sales Manager with extensive experience in managing client relationships and driving growth. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager for Europe at Stravito since August 2023, Edward oversees a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers. Previously, Edward held multiple roles at Brandwatch from July 2021 to August 2023, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Account Manager. Prior experience includes working at Crisp from September 2019 to July 2021, where Edward progressed from Client Coordinator to Account Manager, and a four-year tenure as Sales Manager at Soundproofing Store from October 2015 to September 2019.
