Johan Gerhardsson

Johan Gerhardsson currently serves as Head of Legal and Interim General Counsel at Stravito since September 2021, while also being the Senior Advisor and Founder of JG Advisory Stories, providing legal services across various sectors. Previously, Johan held the position of Interim Legal Counsel at Kinnevik and spent nearly a decade as a Senior Associate at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. Additionally, experience includes roles as Foreign Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Legal Counsel during secondments at Bonnierförlagen and TV4-Gruppen. Early career experiences include internships and trainee positions at various law firms, and Johan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Lund University, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
