Lance Zhou

Lance Zhou is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Stream since April 2025, Lance previously held key roles at At-Bay, where responsibilities included managing insurance products, and as a Product Manager at Next Insurance. Prior experience includes consulting at CMA Strategy Consulting, focusing on telecommunications and media, and roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst during studies at MIT Sloan School of Management. Lance gained early experience through internships at McKinsey & Company, Bank of China, and Harvard World Model United Nations. An educational foundation includes a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia.
