Michael Wong

Michael is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and joined Stream in 2020 to focus on new investments and business development. He brings significant experience in acquisitions, joint venture investing, and asset management across multiple property types.

Prior to Stream, Michael was a co-managing partner of Percheron Real Estate Partners, a boutique investment firm that focused on office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. From 2011 to 2018, Michael co-led acquisitions for GI Partners’ technology real estate platform, which he helped to grow from inception to a 7 million square foot portfolio of data center, life science, office, and industrial properties across the United States. Michael also held investment roles at Privet Investments, Starwood Capital, and NorthStar Capital Investment Corp.

Michael graduated from Dartmouth College and received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
