Shahar Barel

Shahar Barel possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, with a career spanning over two decades. Initial roles included Office Manager at Comsec from April 2000 to July 2001 and various positions at Novo Nordisk from November 2003 to January 2016, including HR Coordinator, General Manager assistant, HR Business Partner, and People & Organization Director. Subsequent roles feature Vice President of Human Resources at Pay.com (November 2022 - April 2024) and Chief People Officer at BrandShield (September 2020 - October 2022). Currently serving as VP HR at Stream.Security since August 2025, Barel also held the position of VP HR at Cybellum (May 2024 - August 2025). Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Business Administration focused on HR and Organizational Behaviour, both from Ono Academic College.
