Mark Sawyer is a seasoned professional in the mining industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Mining at Stream Systems Ltd. since January 2024, Mark also holds roles as Principal at Parallax Technology Solutions, focusing on innovation and feasibility in heavy industry, and as an Associate at Peck Tech Consulting Ltd., specializing in mobile equipment trends. Previously, Mark was the Mine Projects Lead at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, and held various managerial positions at Shell, including Mine Development Manager and Mine Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included oversight of engineering teams and project management for the Athabasca Oil Sands Project.
